The Office Directorate oversees the systematic distribution, sharing, and tracking of official documents among deputy offices, directorates, and relevant departments. It ensures that correspondence is handled efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

4. Support for Planning and Decision-Making

The office assists leadership in planning, organizing, and implementing decisions. It contributes to administrative meetings by providing recommendations, coordinating follow-up actions, and supporting strategic initiatives.
